Terms & Conditions — 8777cx Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 8777cx platform, operated under the domain 8777cx.cam ("the Platform", "8777cx", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform provides an English-language online betting and live casino information service designed for adult users, including Pakistani players.

By accessing or using any part of the 8777cx Platform, including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion, you ("the User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any associated policies, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Access to and use of the 8777cx Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. You accept these Terms by:

• Completing the registration process and creating an Account;
• Accessing or browsing any part of the Platform after the effective date of these Terms;
• Placing any wager, making any deposit, or claiming any bonus on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of 8777cx following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on 8777cx, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

Each eligible user may register only one Account on 8777cx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• All registration information must match the identification documents you will provide during KYC verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.
• You must notify the 8777cx support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 8777cx shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

The operator reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

8777cx applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at other stages of Account operation at the operator's discretion.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documentation:

• Identity Document: A clear copy or photograph of a valid, government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or equivalent identity document;

• Bets are accepted and settled solely in accordance with the rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.
• The operator reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect price resulting from a manifest error, technical fault or data feed error.
• In-play bets are subject to operator confirmation. Bets accepted after the relevant event conclusion will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8777cx Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation;
• Circumventing self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions by registering a new account;
• Acting in any manner that is fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

8777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been made by the Account holder;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible based on age, jurisdiction or prior exclusion history;
• The operator is required to close the Account by applicable law or regulator instruction.

Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via a supported payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

• Frame or embed any part of the Platform within another website without authorisation;
• Use the 8777cx name, logo or brand identifiers in any manner not expressly authorised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777cx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any errors, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in Platform content or services;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform;
• Any third-party actions, including payment processing failures or delays;
• Changes to Platform features, game availability or promotional offerings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and incorporated, as specified in the operator's official licensing documentation. The application of conflict-of-laws rules is expressly excluded.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may contact support to request Account closure.
